At Rockbridge Faith Works, we unleash the real and tangible power of Christ through a model of social change, grounded in scripture, that has been used by communities throughout our country for over 50 years. Ray Higgins, our Executive Director, has been an anti-poverty organizer working in various national networks since 1992. He is from Rockbridge County and has returned home to build our 501C3 organization after stints in Roanoke, VA and the Bay Area of CA.
